day 2

I had another day that was successful. I tracked. Used more than my 30 points but I still tracked. Still unwell to.


Hannah is struggling with Janey. I don't know what to do. I feel so alone. I might have to get her some councilling but unsure if she will talk.

Today 3/12/2020 I officially weigh 88.6kg. I need to be 70kgs. A bit about me. I was a type 2 diabetic but lost 30kgs and managed to get off all meds and no longer be classed as a diabetic. I am currently due for my yearly bloods but to scared to as I have gained back 18kgs of the weight I lost. I lost my weight through WW and was even a coach.  This last year has been a massive challenge. Lockdown was if cause the start of the difficult year but then in July my 16 year old daughter developed sudden onset tourettes. Life since has resulted in appointments, making sure she is safe etc and also making sure my 14 year old daughter doesn't get neglected. My husband is fantastic and together we are getting through this life changing event but it's time to focus on ME. Time to re start my journey and become a healthier me again. I'm hoping writing my day down will help me achieve my goals.
